Contestant Entrance- 728 N. Park -Armory Building Entrance just off of Hwy 20 N. WATCH FOR SIGNS. You must have a valid 2024 PRCA Card, Permit or Companion Pass to enter rodeo grounds via Contestants Entrance. No exceptions.
 
Check-In- All contestants must check in with the rodeo secretary 1 hour prior to performance.
 
Hospitality- Hospitality served in the fair building north of the grand stands free to contestants and family. Coffee and continential breakfast will be served during Friday morning slack.
 
Stalls/RV Hookups- Stall charge is $20 available first come first serve, no reservations. There are no RV Hookups available on grounds. There are several RV parks in Thermopolis located close to the fairgrounds.
 
Arena Closes 1 hour prior to performance. Warm up arena open during entire performance.
